The Contractor Who Does More Than Build
Brian Cappucci studied Construction Management at Purdue University — one of the country's top engineering and technology programs. That foundation gave him something most contractors in Southwest Florida don't have: a systematic, analytical approach to every project, from material takeoffs to subcontractor scheduling to final inspections.
After university, Brian planted roots in Fort Myers. He launched BAC Builders, LLC in 2022 and earned his Florida Certified General Contractor license (CGC1531080), making him one of the region's fully licensed GCs capable of pulling permits and managing complete construction projects from the ground up.
But Brian didn't stop there. He also earned his Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license (SL3538466) and joined Key Real Estate in Fort Myers. This combination — a licensed GC who is also an active Realtor — is rare. It means Brian understands not just how to build or renovate, but what the market actually rewards when it's time to sell.
Today, Brian handles everything from handyman repairs to full home builds, kitchen and bathroom renovations to storm damage restoration, and buyer/seller representation. If your home needs it, Brian does it.
